I currently have a paper submitted to the Journal of Legal Research Methodology (JLRM) and have been asked to write a three part short series for IPEBLA International Pension Lawyer Journal.
The first output focusses on the research methodology I adopted for my empirical study into pensions and climate change. Shortly, I used AI-assistance to transcribe interview recordings, and this paper outlines a research framework to adopt.
The second output, on the other hand, assesses the fiduciary codification gap. It is a doctrinal approach that seeks to provide practical advice to pension trustees, their lawyers and others generally.
